Taco Bueno in Pantego

Drive-thru only was told I had napkins and silverware so I asked for hot sauce look in my bag no napkins or silverware

I was very satisfied with the customer service and the quality and the taste of my food.

One of the better Taco Buenos in the area.

Good food at a great price! The hubby ahd I just had the $5 Bueno Box for a late lunch/early dinner meal and we are both pleasantly full.

If you love cold food, definitely eat here. The potato sticks on the burrito I got for lunch were obviously left over from breakfast. The party tostada was missing the chili and had one tomato; either they were skimpy or cross contaminating food. The drive through speaker is broken and they didn’t even offer me salsa to help spruce up my otherwise flavorless meal. I like Bueno a lot, but I’ll be avoiding this one.

Very friendly. But order taker in drive thru very slow and u have to repeat yourself over and over and over. Never gets my order right and even when she does the cook still messes up.

Lady in drive thru didn't have no patience, she rush me to order and didn't get all my food. If you want to get rushed it, it the place.

The cook is on point. Now the customer service on the other hand is horrible will Not be back. Took the lady 5 minutes to come to the front on a very slow day. Food was hot and fresh but the lady at the front was rude and very slow. Honestly if your trying to decide between here and McDonald's like I was GO TO MCDONALD'S.

Love the fact that they still have .50 taco night on Thursday

I love Taco Bueno. It's good tex-mex for low prices. And if you go in you can pick out your salsa and fixings. 😋

When you want more.. say Bueno! Consistent spot to grab drive thru tacos on the way home for dinner. Fast food so never going to be amazing but it helps our family get fed with decent options on busy nights.

Service is usually slow , you get more beans than meat in your order. Sodas taste like not enough syrup and equal carbon soda.

They don't know how to cut a quesadilla but the food is good and staff is friendly

I love the build a bowl option of cilantro lime rice, beans, lettuce, tomato and chipotle ranch dressing. This is a delicious vegetarian meal. My girls love the beef nachos as well. The cashier was knowledgeable about the menu and the food was prepared fast. I will return to this Taco Bueno again when visiting this area.

I just waited in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes with one car in front of me. When I got home, about a mile away, I opened my food and it wasnt edible. It was sopping wet. Disappointing

I used to work at tb, for along time. 1st job, I can honestly say everything is made fresh everyday. Kinda sad, they had to close a bunch of locations. Much better food than 🌮 hell, I prefer authentic Mexican food, but for Tex Mex, it's good.

The food are real delicious and you don't have to wait a long time after you place your order

The food is always good, but I will not get a drink here ever again!!! Everytime I order a Sprite here it's just carbonation!! I was really craving a Sprite and got a rude awakening when I took a huge drink and did not get what I wanted!!

The food is good and the employees are nice. Unfortunately there is a Mediterranean restaurant next door and their clients use all of their parking spaces and you cannot park in front or to the side of Taco Bueno. Taco Bueno says they have called police many times and put up signs saying parking only for Taco Bueno and the police do nothing and the people that go to the other restaurant Drive their cars into the signs and Destroy them. It is a pure shame that a good business is being ruined by bad clients of a next door business.

I thought that this location closed. Apparently not . I used to go to this TB but moved. I haven't been back . I really don't miss it. I have mixed emotions about it. Kinda like your mother in law driving off of a cliff in your new BMW. New review: I've been to this establishment 4 times in the past month and the first two times were okay. The last 2 times I got sick from eating there. I don't think that they wash their hands or the guacamole is tainted!

Please fix your drive through sign light.... it is off which made me think yall were closed. And there us no indication on the front that yall are open. Please post an open light!

The food at this location is pretty good, though sometimes you'll have an extra puddle of grease in the bottom of your wrapper from the beef. The one negative that really gets me is 80% of the time they forget my sauce (hot sauce, sauce for quesadillas, queso, whatever.) They'll ask how many hot sauce you want and then you pull off and they're not there. We usually just pull in front to check our bag at this point. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the salsa bar is always pretty clean and fresh.

Only 1 car in front of me, took almost 10 minutes. Food was cold. No wonder they are closing stores. I use to be a cook at a Taco Bueno years ago. I never once let cold food leave the kitchen

It's pretty good their To go plates need some work .your food will usually be a mess by time you get home.

The line was rather long which is to be expected but the lady at the window was not as welcoming as I would have liked. I understand having long lines can be stressful however you are blessed to have a job during a pandemic so there is no excuse for that type of behavior. I asked for salsa and you would have thought I did something wrong. I doubt I'll return to that location. The food was good though.

Any time i order a simple item like four MEAT only tacos, They SOMEHOW always get it wrong! Even when they have deals they SAY they have deals YET they don't even apply the Deal!DO not go here if you want even a SIMPLE ORDER

Raymond is one of the nicest employees I've ever encountered here. More workers should be like him. Bueno needs to give him a raise!

I'm getting worried about taco bueno in general. A lot of them are closing. Taco Bueno is crazy good for crazy cheap IMHO. The service can be lackluster. My last few times here, the service has been awesome. The salsa is so good, and they also have bottles of Cholula inside which is my favorite hot sauce for the refried beans.

This last trip was MUCH better than the previous one. We actually got our correct order! The staff was notably friendly and the food was actually good.

Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not. I typically eat here 8-10 times per year. We recently stopped in for a quick bite around around 7:00 pm on a week night. The tortillas used in my enchilada dinner were very dry and chewy, like they had been under a warmer for a while before being transformed into enchiladas. The other member of my family was also somewhat disappointed with taste and freshness of her dips and chips order. Also they don’t serve Coca Cola beverages.

My husband has fond memories of this place so we thought it was a must visit when coming back to Texas. We went through the drive thru. They messed up the order (asked for all rice no beans on the platter), we got charged for an extra side of rice, and then the kicker. Got to our hotel room and they provided us with zero napkins or utensils. At least there are chips to attempt to eat my sides of rice. Would not recommend this location.

How do you take so long to take an order and give the wrong food when there are very few customers at either the drive thru or inside the restaurant

This Taco Bueno needs to close or be torn down with the rest of the other ones.... food was cold, they had to make my order twice. Poor service.... we were the only 2 customers in there.. windows and floors Dirty....couldn't get out of there fast enough...

Taco Bueno just doesn't taste the same anymore. Very bland. I can understand why they are closing across the Dfw metroplex.

Good TexMex. Always tasty and fresh. For fast food, better than other choices (a bell comes to mind).

Just love their food alot
